What is deep conditioning?
Careful, I’m not talking about regular hair conditioner sweety.
Essentially you want to restore your hair strand by deep conditioning. So it can take on all of the daily hair stressors with minimum damage.
Deep conditioners contain surfactants short for “surface-active agent” that temporary repairs your hair shaft by adhering to the gaps of damage in the hair strand. (Due to the positive charge in the deep conditioners and our hair naturally having a negative charge, they just bond together making our hair stronger.)
- If your hair has been taking a beating and it’s dry and damaged, repeat this once a week.
- Healthy but you use a lot of styling tools, do it once a week.
- Your hair is healthy and you do not use any styling tools, every two weeks.
Today there are tons of hair masks that claim to deep moisturize and repair the hair. A lot of them work and a lot of them are just a waste of money. This is why DIY masks are always going to be a good idea.
Herbs and plants have been used throughout the years to heal and moisturize human hair.
For this and many more reason we should include them on our hair care routine.

It is indeed my belief that mesothelioma is definitely the most deadly cancer. It’s got unusual qualities. The more I really look at it the harder I am convinced it does not conduct itself like a real solid cells cancer. In the event mesothelioma is usually a rogue virus-like infection, hence there is the potential for developing a vaccine and offering vaccination to asbestos open people who are really at high risk regarding developing potential asbestos relevant malignancies. Thanks for revealing your ideas for this important ailment.
I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)
Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
