Hello again my hair lovers,

I’m so happy that this year I have created two Halloween hairstyle tutorials in a row and hope that you’ll love them both as much as I do!

Planning ahead

It takes me weeks of planning ahead to create each look and putting all my ideas together, you won’t believe it but by the end of July I was already buying stuff to create all this – sounds crazy right!?

You definitely need to plan ahead when you are a blogger. I’m so happy about the results because all the effort and work was worth it! You guys let me know because of your amazing feedback coming all over the world on my video tutorials. Which makes me incredibly grateful!

AND WIN

This one definitely took a bigger effort than the last. The best part about this one, is that it’s perfect for Halloween. Although you could also rock the hairstyle for any important event. Where you just want to look your best because since it’s such an amazing and empowering look.

I was inspired to create this look by a warrior princess that I had found on Pinterest. As well as an amazing hairstylist who I follow on instagram @borisboriswho. I got a lot of inspiration and I was able to put all of my ideas together and come up with this unique look. One that you won’t find elsewhere. I’m proud of this one because I was able to produce what I wanted to give you guys.

tips

– Try to make your hair straight and silky before starting to create this look

– Use a rat tail comb to make some cleans part and good hair clips to divide hair in sections ( take your time, because I do, this part is super important)

– Before start braiding make sure you use a hair cream or gel to create neat braids.

– Try that the first hair tie you use to make the ponytail is thick enough so it can hold better the whole hairstyle.

– I used around 8 hair ties to create the lifted ponytail, if you have less hair than me you will use less for sure.

Smoothing spray was needed for my ends because they tend to get frizzy. We want a polished ponytail

– I used a sponge to create volume on your crown, so I don’t have to tease my hair. but teasing the hair instead of the sponge is an option.

Hair spray to set/hold the hairstyle.
